High Bridge Disc Golf Course: Spokane’s Classic Park-Style Challenge
Perched above Latah Creek in Spokane’s historic Latah Valley, High Bridge Disc Golf Course offers a hilly, technical 18-hole layout that keeps both casual players and veterans engaged. This is no modern showpiece—it’s a 2004-established course that rewards smart shot selection, patience, and a willingness to embrace a little elevation change.
Set in a reclaimed neighborhood-turned-city-park, High Bridge spans 200 wooded acres where elevation and mature trees play key roles in shaping each hole. While Camp Sekani up the road is steeper and more forested, High Bridge strikes a balance—very hilly but more open, making it playable for a wide range of skill levels.
You’ll find a mix of tees (rubber mats, concrete, turf, dirt) and baskets (DISCatcher Pro, Chainstar Lite, and portable). Expect doglegs, split fairways, low ceiling lines, and big mature pines that challenge your placement game. Directional arrows on the baskets help guide your way through a course that feels more intuitive than it should.
The layout plays to par 57 with a total length around 6,500 feet. Holes range from short 200-footers to longer tests like Hole 12, an 806-foot par 5 with OB lines, or Hole 10, a 634-foot par 4 with a hazard road and mando. Most holes offer multiple lines—great for mixing it up from round to round.
This course is cart- and stroller-friendly, dog-friendly, and free to the public. While the terrain can be demanding, there’s very little underbrush or disc-eating rough. For those who appreciate wooded, technical golf without losing plastic, High Bridge delivers.
